By accessing and using GP Weather ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GP Weather provides weather forecasts, race insights, strategy analysis, blog content, and related information for Formula 1 race weekends. The Service includes:

• Session-by-session weather forecasts for F1 race weekends
• Race insights including safety car probability, grip levels, overtaking potential, and tire strategy recommendations
• Blog posts with race previews, analysis, and commentary
• Historical weather comparisons and circuit data
• Email newsletter notifications for new content
• Multi-language support across 14 languages
• Rain alert notifications via the browser Notification API

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. GP Weather provides forecasts, race insights, and strategy analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather data, race predictions, tire strategy suggestions, or other information provided.

• Tire strategy suggestions are estimates and should not be relied upon for actual racing decisions.
• Race predictions (safety car probability, win predictions, etc.) are analytical estimates based on available data and are not guaranteed outcomes.
• Track temperature estimates are approximations based on air temperature data.
• Historical weather data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies.
• Blog content represents analysis and opinion, not guaranteed predictions.

4. Email Newsletter

By subscribing to our email newsletter, you agree to receive email notifications about new blog posts, race previews, and race insights. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. We will not send unsolicited commercial emails unrelated to GP Weather content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, blog posts, race insights, and analysis on GP Weather are the property of GPWeather.com unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Formula 1, F1, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. GP Weather is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, FIA, or any F1 team.

6. Third-Party Content

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources including OpenWeatherMap, Open-Meteo, the Jolpica API, OpenF1, and OpenStreetMap. Use of this data is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service.

7. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. Ad content is determined by Google and is not endorsed by GP Weather.

8. Limitation of Liability

GP Weather is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall GPWeather.com be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, reliance on race predictions, strategy suggestions, or weather forecasts provided by the Service.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or admin interfaces
• Submit false or misleading information through forms (newsletter signup, sponsor inquiries)
• Abuse rate-limited endpoints through excessive automated requests
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

10. Sponsorship Inquiries

Sponsorship inquiries submitted through the Service are non-binding expressions of interest. GP Weather reserves the right to accept or decline any sponsorship opportunity at its sole discretion.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
